Louise's 40th Birthday card

I made this special 40th card for my daughter Louise's birthday. I added 40 to my Silhouette Cameo and resized it. I them took a copy and placed this to the side of the page. The original 40 was duplicated above to mirror itself. This was cut out onto Crafters Companion Centura Pearl card. I added an internal offset to the other 40 and cut out two in glitter card (these were for the front and back) The flowers were from the new Sheena Douglass stamp and die sets, with added colour via distress inks. To finish I added a bit of bling. The insert was made by duplicating and adding an internal offset.  I forgot to take the photos prior to sending so her husband took these for me. Thanks Steve.

Red Poppies

Whoops, here is the set of red poppies I made first for my friend's new house. They are all stamped using Sheena's stamps and coloured using either Spectrum Noir and/or ProMarkers. Each was edged using distress inks, mounted onto red card and put in frames.

Here is the second set of Poppy pictures for my friend's new house. She wanted blue ones! All are stamped using Sheena's stamps and coloured with alcohol markers (Pro Markers and/or Spectrum Noirs). The edges have been coloured with inks just to take away the stark white. All are mounted on paper coloured with Distress inks, then put in their frames. (Sorry for the flash on the individual pictures).

Tulips

This card was made for a friend to give to his wife for Easter.  It is around 8"x8". Patterned paper was layered on to the front with different co-ordinating paper matted on top. The tulips in the vase were created using Creative Expressions Singles stamps and coloured in using ProMarkers. I glazed the vase to create a bit of shine to hopefully look a little like real glass. The ribbon was laid between layers with a separate bow added. The gems were added to give a bit of bling. The little sentiment panel was made using Sue Wilson's dies. Finished it off with a box decorated with a flower and leaves.

The inside has matching patterned paper with a die cut topper. Left blank for his own words.
The end result in it's box.

Golden Wedding Anniversary

I made these cards for friends who will celebrate their 50th Anniversary in March. The large one is from him to her. The shaped 50 card is from me to them both and the others are for her to choose one for him!!

Creative Expressions (Sue Wilson) die used to make the background. This was mounted over some patterned paper. The leaves were also from a Sue Wilson die. Not sure about the paper flowers. The words and 50, were cut on my Cameo Silhouette.
This one is 2 x A5 cards mounted onto an A4 sheet of card. The gold backgrounds were made using an XCut die. The flowers were made from a Heartfelt Creations die and stamp set. The 'bride and groom' are from Creative Expressions. On the inside is a similar plaque to the one ont he front, except it has a verse and 50 on it.
The shaped 50 card was cut on the Cameo Silhouette, as were the gold mats (inside and outside). The flowers were made from spiral flowers also cut on the Cameo. The leaves were (I think) from a Creative Expressions die. (Most likely one by Sue Wilson)
This is a basic A5 pop out card. The pop out bit and the front rose pattern, was cut using a (Sue Wilson) Creative Expressions die. The backing paper is one from my stash.
This is the cut out centre of the one above. I also used border dies to create the panels on the edges.
Cut out dies (again Sue Wilson's) from Creative Expressions were used.
